Apeiron

Apeiron is an ancient Greek word that means something that is limitless or infinite. It was used by ancient Greek philosophers to explain how they thought the world worked. They believed that everything was made up of tiny particles (called atoms) that were too small to be seen, and that these particles moved around in an endless cycle. They thought that the Universe never had a beginning, and would never have an end. That means it was apeiron, or infinite and limitless!
