Atoms for Peace

Atoms for Peace is a phrase we use to talk about using atomic energy for good things instead of bad things. Atomic energy is very powerful, but it can be used for lots of helpful things too. For example, it can be used to create electricity to help power homes and businesses, it can be used to make medicines to help people get better, and it can be used to help farmers grow better crops. So when we talk about Atoms for Peace, we mean using atomic energy to make the world a better place.
