Axial fan design

Axial fan design refers to the way a special kind of fan is made that helps move air in a particular direction. An axial fan has blades on a rotating shaft that spins around to move air straight through the fan.

The blades of an axial fan are shaped like airplane wings. Just like how an airplane wing lifts a plane up in the air, the blades on an axial fan help to push air forward. When the fan starts spinning, the air in front of it gets pushed forward, while the air behind it gets pulled along.

Axial fan design also involves figuring out the best shape and size of the blades to move air efficiently. Some fans have a large number of very small blades, while others have fewer big blades. The shape and angle of the blades can also be adjusted to make the fan more effective.

Overall, axial fan design is a way for engineers to make fans that can effectively move air in a particular direction, whether it's to cool off a room or to ventilate a space.
