Axis of Resistance

The Axis of Resistance is a term used by some people to refer to a group of countries and political groups in the Middle East that are often seen as being opposed to western powers, such as the United States. These countries and groups are bound together by a shared belief that their governments should work to stand up for their interests over the interests of other countries. This often includes uniting against a common enemy or providing support to one another in difficult situations. Examples of countries that are usually part of the Axis of Resistance are Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah.
