Backup collision

Alright kiddo, let me explain to you what backup collision means. So, when a grown-up is driving a car and needs to park it, sometimes they can accidentally bump into something or someone behind them while reversing. This is called a backup collision.

To prevent this from happening, some cars have special sensors or cameras installed that can detect if there's anything behind the car while it's backing up. These sensors/ cameras then send a message to the driver that warns them about the obstacle behind them. The warning is usually in the form of a sound, a beep or a vibration.

So, backup collision is just a fancy way of saying that the car helps drivers avoid hitting anything or anyone behind their car while reversing. It's important to be safe and avoid accidents, especially when we are driving cars. Does that make sense, kiddo?
