Bahri dynasty

Hey there kiddo! So, remember how there used to be big kingdoms and empires in different parts of the world, each with their own kings or queens? Well, the Bahri Dynasty was one of those kingdoms, but it was in a place called Egypt which is very far away.

So, a long time ago around 1250 CE, a group of Muslims called Mamluks took over Egypt and they ruled for many years. But then, another group of Muslims called the Bahri Dynasty came into power in 1250 and they ruled over Egypt for the next 200 years or so.

The Bahri Dynasty rulers were known for being really good at fighting in battles and they expanded their territory by taking over other nearby kingdoms. They also built a lot of big and fancy buildings like mosques and palaces.

But, the Bahri Dynasty rulers also had to deal with a lot of problems like revolts and rebellions from people who didn't like their rule. In the end, another group called the Burji Dynasty took over Egypt in 1382 and the Bahri Dynasty came to an end.

So, that's basically what the Bahri Dynasty was all about. They were a group of Muslim rulers who ruled over Egypt a long time ago and did a lot of fighting, building, and dealing with problems during their time in power.
