Biogas

Biogas is a kind of energy made from things like manure, food waste and plant waste. It works by breaking down the waste in a special container called a digester, which is kind of like a stomach. The digester churns up the waste and mixes it with bacteria that eat it, and the bacteria make gas. This gas can then be used to heat homes and cook food.
