Hydrogen economy

A hydrogen economy is when instead of burning fossil fuels like coal and oil to produce energy, we use hydrogen to produce energy. Hydrogen is an energy source, just like fossil fuels and solar energy. In a hydrogen economy, we would use special equipment to take hydrogen from the air or water, and turn it into energy. This energy can be used to power electric cars and other devices like phones, TVs and radios, which is better for the environment than burning fossil fuels.
