Boiling point

Boiling Point is when a liquid becomes a gas. When water reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit it starts to evaporate or turn into a gas. When it happens the water turns into steam, bubbles form and the liquid starts to move around. Boiling is different from heating because when you heat something it gets hot but doesn't always turn into a gas.
