Celtiberian language

Hi there! Today we're going to talk about the Celtiberian language, which is a language that people spoke a long time ago in an area of land that is now Spain.

Picture a really long time ago, before computers existed, and people didn't have the internet or phones. Back then, there were different groups of people who lived in different parts of the world, and they spoke different languages. One of the groups of people that lived in Spain a long time ago were called the Celtiberians. They spoke a language that was unique to them, and we now call that language Celtiberian.

Now, the Celtiberian language looks and sounds quite different from the languages that most people speak now. It had its own letters and alphabet, which were carved into things like stones and tablets. People who could read and write in Celtiberian were very important and respected in their communities.

Unfortunately, as time went on, fewer and fewer people spoke Celtiberian, and eventually, the language stopped being used altogether. That's why it's now considered a "dead" language. But, even though no one speaks it anymore, we can still learn a lot about the Celtiberian people and their culture by studying their language.

In conclusion, the Celtiberian language was a way of communicating that people used a long time ago in Spain. It looked and sounded different from the languages we use today, but it helped people in that time and place to express themselves and communicate with each other.
