Chirality (mathematics)

Chirality is a mathematical concept that describes objects that can't be superimposed on their mirror-image. In other words, an object with chirality looks different when you turn it over and look at it from the other side. Some common examples of chiral objects include your hands, your feet, and your ears. They look the same on one side but totally different when flipped over.
