Christianity is a religion that has been around for a very long time. In the 19th century, Christianity was an important part of people’s lives. Many people around the world were Christians in the 19th century. They believed in God and Jesus, the son of God. They believed that Jesus was sent to help them understand how to live good lives. They read the Bible and went to church to learn about God and Christianity. People in the 19th century also believed in Jesus' death and resurrection, which is a big part of the Christian faith. People believed that if they followed Jesus' teachings, they would receive special blessings from God.
