Chronological list of saints and blesseds in the 18th century

Okay kiddo, so saints are people who are really good and special in the eyes of the Catholic Church. And blesseds are people who are not officially saints yet, but are still very good and holy people.

In the 18th century, which was a long time ago, there were a lot of people who were recognized as saints or blesseds by the Catholic Church. They did good things and helped people in their lives, which is why they were made into saints or blesseds.

Now, a chronological list means that the saints and blesseds are listed in order by when they lived or when they were recognized as saints. It's like putting them in a timeline so we can see who came first and who came later.

So, in the 18th century, some of the saints and blesseds were:

- Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque: lived in France and talked to Jesus and Mary in visions
- Saint Alphonsus Liguori: was a lawyer but became a priest and helped people who were poor and sick
- Blessed Maria Antonia Bandres: also known as Mama Antula, she helped to start missions and teach people about God in South America
- Saint Benedict Joseph Labre: he was a beggar who traveled around Europe and helped people in need
- Saint Dominic Savio: he was a young boy in Italy who loved God and studied to be a priest, but died when he was only 14 years old

There were many, many more saints and blesseds from the 18th century, but these are just a few examples to help you understand. It's pretty special that these people were recognized for being so good and holy, isn't it?
