"Ciorbă de perişoare" is a type of soup that comes from Romania. The main part of the soup are little meatballs called "perişoare".
To make the meatballs, grown-ups mix together ground meat with some onions, bread crumbs, and other yummy ingredients. Then, they roll the mixture into little balls and bake them in the oven or cook them in a pan.
Meanwhile, they also make a soup that has lots of veggies and broth. They put the meatballs in the soup and let them soak up all the tasty flavors of the veggies and broth.
When the soup is all done, grown-ups scoop it into bowls and serve it up with some sour cream on top. Yum!
