Coastal Forces of the Royal Australian Navy

Okay kiddo, so the Royal Australian Navy has a special group of boats and people who protect the coast of Australia. These boats are called coastal forces because they only patrol the areas close to the land, where bigger navy ships can't go.

They have different types of boats that do different jobs. Some are very fast and can chase bad guys trying to sneak into Australia by sea. Others are slower and better at searching for things under the water, like mines or other hidden dangers.

The people who work on these boats are specially trained to be able to do their jobs in the rough and sometimes dangerous waters near the shore. They have to be really good at driving boats and using special equipment to look for things.

Basically, these coastal forces help to keep the baddies away from Australia's shores and keep everyone who lives here safe.
