Common property resource

A common property resource is something that is shared by everyone, like a park or a lake. It is called a common property resource because you can use it, but nobody owns it, so everybody owns it together. That's why we have to take care of it together too. It's like if we all had to take care of our own backyard, but instead we get to take care of a bigger space together.
