Competitive intelligence

Competitive Intelligence is like an information game. Companies use it to stay up-to-date on what their competitors are doing so they can figure out the best way to compete against them. For example, if you want to start a lemonade stand, you can look around and see what other lemonade stands are doing to see how you can be the best one. You can also see how much they're charging, what flavors they have and what kinds of promotions they're running so you can come up with something better.
