A conceptual model is like a blueprint to help you understand something better and plan things out with more detail. It is like if you were building a treehouse. A conceptual model would help you plan out what materials you need and how everything should be put together. It would help you figure out how to make the treehouse sturdy, safe, and really cool looking. Conceptual models can be used for many different things, but the idea is the same: to help you better understand something and plan it out.
