Condominium (international law)

Condominiums are an international law concept that applies when two or more countries have a shared legal authority over a piece of land. It works like two (or more) people owning a house together. Basically, the two or more countries have shared ownership and authority over the land. The law makes sure that all the countries involved have rights to the land and can use it equally. It also defines how decisions about the land can be made. All in all, a Condominium is like a house that two (or more) countries own and manage together.
