ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Consensus decision-making

Consensus decision-making is when a group of people come together to decide on something. The group talks, listens to each other, and shares ideas until everyone agrees on the best solution. This way, everyone contributes and nobody is left out. After a plan is agreed upon, everyone works together to make it happen. It's a great way for a group to make decisions that everyone can get behind!
