ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Corporative federalism

Corporate federalism is the idea that states and the federal government should work together to solve problems. It's like when two people share a job - the state does part of it, and the federal government does the other part. This way, states and the federal government can cooperate to help people in their states, and the whole country. It's important for both the states and the federal government to work together, because then they can make sure that everyone is taken care of.
