Counter-Reformation

Counter-Reformation is when one group of people are so unhappy with something, they try to undo it or change it. During the Counter-Reformation, some of the changes that happened were that the Catholic Church made religions practices stricter and worked to improve the way that priests were behaving. This was because, a lot of people had become unhappy with the way the Catholic Church was behaving and wanted it to be different. Other changes that happened during the Counter-Reformation included more religious ceremonies and more art and architecture used to decorate churches.
