ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cross-training (business)

Cross-training is when you learn more than one job at work. It is like learning different things that help you do your job better. For example, if you work in customer service, you might be cross-training to do other customer service tasks like taking orders, handling refunds, and giving out information about the products and services. By learning how to do more tasks, you can help the company more and become more valuable.
