Eccentric behavior is when someone acts differently than most other people. It can be things like dressing differently, talking differently, or even having unusual hobbies. Eccentric behavior is usually seen as strange or odd, but it can also be seen as creative and interesting. Even though it's not always accepted, it can make someone stand out in a positive way.
