Ecotheology

Ecotheology is the belief that nature connects with faith. It is a lot like regular theology, which is the beliefs and values of a religion. But with ecotheology, people use the land and animals to connect with their religious beliefs and values. For example, some people might go to the beach and say prayers to the ocean as part of their faith. Ecotheology teaches us to be respectful and take care of the environment because it is part of our faith.
