Emergent organization

Emergent organization is when a group of people come together to work on something and then slowly organize themselves into groups and start working towards their goals. It's like when you are playing a game with lots of people, like tag. Everyone scatters and runs in different directions, but then slowly you start to organize yourself into teams and work together to try and catch each other. That's emergent organization.
