Environmentalist

An environmentalist is someone who cares about the Earth and thinks it's important to protect it. Kind of like how you care about your toys and making sure they are not broken, an environmentalist cares about all the plants, animals, and things that make up our planet.

They want to make sure that the Earth stays healthy and doesn't get hurt by things like pollution, climate change, or deforestation (when people cut down too many trees).

Environmentalists do things to help protect the Earth, like recycling, using reusable bags and containers, conserving water and energy, and sometimes even protesting or talking to leaders to make laws that help protect the environment.

They believe that if we take care of the Earth now, we can make sure that it's still a great place to live for a long time in the future.
