Ephemeral architecture

Ephemeral architecture is when people build things that won't always be there. This means that they put it up for a little while, but then they take it down again. Imagine building a sandcastle at the beach. You make it look really cool, but you know it won't be there forever because the water will wash it away. That's ephemeral architecture!

People build things like this for lots of reasons. Sometimes they want to have a big party or event and they need something fun and special to decorate with. Other times, they might want to create an art installation to show off their creativity. There are even some people who like to build things just for fun!

Some examples of ephemeral architecture might be a pop-up shop in a parking lot, a temporary stage for a concert, or even a giant sculpture made out of ice. These things are all meant to be enjoyed for a little while, and then they'll be gone.

One of the cool things about ephemeral architecture is that it makes people appreciate the moment. They know that they have to enjoy it while it's there because it won't be around forever. So, the next time you see something cool like this, take a moment to enjoy it and appreciate the creativity that went into making it!
