Eternity

Okay, kiddo. Let me explain eternity. Have you ever played with a toy that goes around in circles and never stops unless you turn it off? Well, eternity is kinda like that, but it never ever stops no matter what you do!

Just like the toy, time goes round and round, and it never stops. But unlike the toy, time has been going on for a really, REALLY long time. Some people think it all started with a big bang many many years ago, but we don't really know for sure.

Eternity is infinite, which means that it never ends. Imagine a really long road that just keeps going and going forever, and you can never see the end of it. That's what eternity is like.

Some people believe in heaven and hell, which are said to be eternal places. So if you're a good person, you get to go to heaven, and you get to be happy forever and ever. But if you're bad, you go to hell, and you'll be very very sad forever and ever.

But don't worry too much, kiddo. Eternity is a really big idea and something that's just hard to understand for even grown-ups. We can only imagine what it's like, but we can never really know for sure.
