Ethics of eating meat

Eating meat is a hard decision because it involves animals that cannot defend themselves. That means we should respect animals and treat them well when they are alive, so they can have a good quality of life. We should also make sure that the animals are killed in a humane (compassionate) way, so that they don't suffer or feel pain.
