Evaporator

An evaporator is like a big pot used for boiling water. The difference is that it has a lid that is connected to a pipe, which leads to a powerful fan. When you turn the evaporator on, the fan blows hot air over the lid and into the pot. As the hot air passes over the lid, it absorbs the water in the evaporator, so that it turns from liquid into vapour or steam. This steam is then taken away through the pipe to where it can be cooled and turned back into water.
