ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Export of revolution

Okay kiddo, imagine you have a toy that you really like and you want your friends to have the same toy. So, what do you do? You show them how awesome your toy is and how much fun you're having with it. You might even convince them to ask their parents to buy them the same toy.

Now, imagine this on a bigger scale with countries and governments. Some countries feel that their way of doing things is the best way and they want other countries to adopt their ideas too. This is called "export of revolution."

For example, let's say Country A has a government that they believe is better than the government in Country B. Country A might try to show Country B how great their government is by giving speeches, organizing protests, and even sending in some of their people to help change things in Country B. They might also use force, like sending soldiers to fight for their cause.

The idea behind exporting revolution is that the country doing the exporting believes that they can bring positive change to other countries by spreading their ideas and ways of doing things. However, sometimes it can lead to conflicts and even wars, because not everyone agrees on what is the "right" way to do things.

So, sometimes it's a good thing, like sharing toys with friends. But sometimes it can cause problems if people don't agree on what should be done.
