Fact-checking is a way of making sure that news stories, websites, and other information sources have accurate information and proof that what they say is true. Fact-checkers look for and research information from different sources and then compare it to the original story or website to make sure that it is correct. They also make sure that the information is presented in a fair way and not biased.
