ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Fleet Management System

A fleet management system is like a buddy that helps companies keep track of all their vehicles that they use for business. Imagine you own a big toy box with lots of toy cars - you want to keep track of each car, where they are, how much they've been played with, and when they need to be fixed. A fleet management system is like a grown-up version of a toy box!

It tells you where each car is and how long it's been there, so you can make sure your toy cars aren't going too far from your sight or being stolen. It also helps to keep track of how much fuel each car uses, which is like how much water your toy cars are drinking. Then, if one of your cars is getting sick, the system tells you when it's time to bring them to the toy doctor so they can get better. In the same way, fleet management keeps track of regular maintenance for cars like oil changes and tire rotations so they don't break down.

Overall, if you have lots of cars, it can be hard to keep track of them all, but a fleet management system makes it much easier to know where they are, how much fuel they use, and when they need some TLC!
