ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Fred Foldvary

Fred Foldvary is an economist who studies how people make decisions about money, and how those decisions affect the economy. He is most famous for his work on public goods and public choice theory. Public goods are things that everyone can use, like roads, parks, and libraries. Public choice theory is a way of thinking about how people make decisions that affects the economy. For example, it looks at how politicians decide what to spend money on, how people decide to invest their money, and how taxes affect people's decisions. Fred Foldvary looks at these things to figure out how to create an economy that works for everyone.
