Guild socialism

Guild socialism is a way to control a country's economy and government so that ordinary people have more say in how it works and how it is run. It means that people who do jobs like farming or building work together in groups called guilds. The guilds pool together their money and resources, and they are able to buy and sell their products together at fair prices. This makes sure everyone in the guild is getting a fair wage and that things like prices and wages stay at a reasonable level. All the members of the guilds have a say in how the guilds are run, so everyone’s opinion is heard and respected. The government and politicians still control some things, but guilds make sure the people running the country try to do things that are fair.
