Homogenizer

A homogenizer is a machine used to mix different types of liquids together. When two liquids are mixed together they may not stay mixed, but the homogenizer uses blades in a spinning container to create tiny bubbles that help keep the two or more liquids mixed together. It works kind of like a blender in that it chops things up and mixes things together, but it is much stronger and can mix liquids that don't mix very well.
