Housing crisis

A housing crisis happens when not enough homes are available for people to live in. This can happen because there isn't enough new housing being built in some areas, or because people don't have enough money to pay for the homes that are available. When there is a housing crisis, it can be very hard and expensive for people to find somewhere to live.
