ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Intergenerational equity

Intergenerational equity is all about fairness between different generations. It's about making sure that the needs of each generation, including people of different ages, are taken into account in decision-making. It's also about making sure that everyone has the same opportunities, no matter what age they are. Think of it as a way to make sure that the decisions we make now, don't cause problems for future generations. We want to be sure that everyone is taken care of, no matter how old they are.
