Hugh Stott Taylor

Hugh Stott Taylor was a very smart man who loved to think about how things worked. He particularly liked to think about how air and particles moved around.

He also really liked math! Math is like a special puzzle where you can figure out how much things might weigh, how fast they're moving, and lots of other things.

So Hugh Stott Taylor figured out how to use math to help us understand how particles in the air move around. This is really helpful because it can help us design things like airplane engines or air filters in a way that makes them work even better.

Thanks to his hard work, we now understand a lot more about how air and particles move around in different situations. That's pretty cool, isn't it?
