Imbros

Imbros is a small island that belongs to Turkey. Imagine it like a little piece of land that's surrounded by water. It's located in the Aegean Sea, which is like a really big swimming pool that's part of the Mediterranean Sea.

Now, a really long time ago, Imbros used to belong to Greece. But then, after a war between Greece and Turkey, Imbros became part of Turkey in 1923.

After that, many people who were originally from Greece and lived on Imbros had to move to Greece because they didn't want to live in Turkey. But some people stayed on Imbros and became Turkish citizens.

Today, Imbros is a popular tourist destination because it has beautiful beaches and clear blue waters. People go there to swim, relax, and enjoy the sun.
