Intelligent design
Intelligent design is a type of theory that some people believe explains how the world as we know it was created. It suggests that certain features of the universe, like living organisms, are too complex to have happened by chance, and must have been designed by an intelligent being or force. So, in other words, intelligent design suggests that someone or something must have acted like an architect, creating things like plants, animals and people in a purposeful way.
