Involuntary unemployment

Involuntary Unemployment means not being able to find a job even though you want one. It happens when there are not enough jobs available, or when the jobs available don't match the skills of the people looking for work. For example, if all the jobs require experience that only older people have, then the younger people wouldn't be able to find work, even though they wanted to. That makes them involuntarily unemployed.
