ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Ion wind

Ion wind is a type of electric motor that doesn't need a spinning part. It works by creating a strong electric field in the air around it. This electric field causes charges in the air, called ions, to be attracted to the motor. As the ions move towards the motor, they push against the air around them, creating a wind-like motion. This wind of ions is used to generate power and can be used to power things like vehicles, robots, and even toys.
