ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Kaliningrad question

Kaliningrad is a part of Russia that doesn't have a land border with any other country. It is located on the eastern coast of the Baltic Sea and is bordered by Lithuania and Poland. Kaliningrad is a special place because it is the only city in Russia that is completely separated from Russia by land. This means that if you wanted to travel to or from Kaliningrad, you would have to fly or take a boat to reach it. This makes it a unique place for Russian people to live and for visitors to explore!
