Karelian question

The Karelian Question is about whether or not the Karelian people, who live in the region of Karelia, which is located between Russia and Finland, should remain in Finland or be given the chance to become part of Russia. Finland wants to keep Karelia in Finland, but Russia wants to take it over. So, the Karelian Question is about whether or not Finland should allow Karelia to become part of Russia. People from Finland and Russia have been arguing over this question for a long time and have not been able to come to an agreement.
