Kleicha

Kleicha is a type of cookie that originally comes from Iraq. It's a special type of cookie that is made with a special dough that is rolled into long thin shapes and then cut into small pieces. These pieces are then filled with yummy ingredients like dates, cinnamon, and nuts.

The dough is made by mixing together some special ingredients like flour, sugar, and yeast. Then, some warm water and milk are added to the mix to make a sticky dough. This dough is then left to rise for a while until it gets bigger in size.

Once the dough is ready, it's rolled out into long thin shapes called logs. These logs are then cut into small pieces that are shaped like little cups. These cups are then filled with date mixture, cinnamon mixture, or nut mixture. The cookie is then baked in the oven until it's golden brown and fragrant.

Kleicha is a very special treat that is usually enjoyed during special occasions like Eid or Ramadan. It's a very delicious and sweet cookie that is loved by many people all around the world.
