Physical education (PE) is an important part of growing and staying healthy. Without physical education, kids and adults don't get the same amount of exercise and activity. This can mean that the person doesn't stay as fit or healthy as they would if they did PE. Not having PE in school means that kids don't get to play during recess, which could make them feel bored or sad. They also won't be able to learn how to play different sports or do any kind of exercise.
