Linguistic ecology

Linguistic ecology is like a big plan for how languages can be used and shared. It helps us to figure out how different languages and different people who speak them can get along and use their languages together. It's about making sure everybody's languages have a place and can be used safely. Just like the natural world needs plants and animals to survive, different languages need to be used and shared in order for them to survive too. Linguistic ecology is like taking care of those different languages.
