Linkspan

Linkspan is a way to connect two places that are far away. It is kind of like a bridge over a river that lets you get to the other side. But instead of connecting two sides of a river, linkspans are used to connect two sides of a body of water, like an ocean. With a linkspan, people and goods can travel from one side of the body of water to the other without having to go around it.
